Throughout these Terms & Conditions, "The Lost Impressionist", "we", "our" and "us" refer to The Lost Impressionist.

2. Your Booking

A booking is confirmed once we have accepted your reservation and payment has been received.

For bespoke private experiences, your booking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us.

3. Prices

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Prices may change without notice until your booking has been confirmed.

Once confirmed, your quoted price will not change unless your requested itinerary changes.

For larger private experiences, we may request a deposit with the balance payable before the experience commences.

6. Cancellation by You

If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing.

More than 7 days before your experience

A refund will be provided less any unrecoverable costs already incurred.

  • any additional supplier fees

Date changes cannot be guaranteed.

8. Cancellation by The Lost Impressionist

If we need to cancel your experience due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer either:

  • an alternative date; or

  • a refund.

Where supplier costs have already been paid and are non-refundable, these costs may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.

Neither party will be responsible for circumstances beyond reasonable control including:

  • severe weather

  • bushfire

  • flood

  • government restrictions

  • industrial action

Every itinerary is carefully planned.

Occasionally changes may be necessary due to:
